This SoHo restaurant project involved the application of custom stained microcement across the lower-level floor, staircases, and bathroom areas. Achieving the desired color and pattern required a highly controlled, multi-stage process, including detailed surface preparation, layered staining, and progressive polishing to create a smooth, tile-like finish. The surfaces were sealed with three coats of high-performance polyurethane to ensure durability in a high-traffic restaurant environment. Completed over an extended curing schedule, the result was a seamless, refined finish built to perform and last.
