This project spanned two four-story buildings and six apartments, with one unit per floor. Our scope included correcting severe structural floor inconsistencies—up to six inches out of level—by rebuilding the subfloor from the beams up. We installed a new, leveled subfloor system using dimensional framing and two layers of plywood, coordinated with other trades, and returned to install and refinish wide-plank hardwood flooring throughout all apartments. Completed in collaboration with Midwood Design, the result was a fully leveled, high-end finish across every unit.
