This project involved the replacement and refinishing of high-end hardwood flooring across three apartments, totaling approximately 6,000 square feet. The scope included full subfloor preparation with leveling and two layers of AdvanTech, followed by flooring installed in straight and herringbone patterns. The work was carefully phased to coordinate with other trades before final refinishing. Completed in collaboration with Midwood Design, the result met all specifications and delivered a clean, refined finish.
